For 8 consecutive years, Soundquriang has been running as the largest annual event held by Macquarie University’s Indonesian Students’ Association (PPIA), built on a vision and mission to solve social challenges within Indonesia’s ever growing education system and simultaneously promoting Indonesia’s art and culture through music.

In 2021, Soundquriang 8 took the viewers on a virtual nostalgic trip back to ancient history, to reminisce and celebrate the richness and the diversity of Indonesia’s music.
